Selling, Buying, and Merging

You would like to acquire another accounting firm or sell yours, or merge with another one. With the valued contribution of many accounting professionals interested in this kind of service, we have developed an approach and process that allow us to identify interested parties of such transactions and to quickly put them in contact with each other.

We provide quantitative and qualitative information to both parties, allowing them to rapidly appreciate, at each step, the pertinence of pursuing further. We make sure that the identities are only exposed at the proper time and inform the parties prior to giving their names.

The parties who have received the preliminary information and who are interested in pursuing, negociate with each other the selling, buying or merging of their firm. We are not party to these activities, but follow separately with both entities, to ensure of its progression and remove obstacles, when possible.

In the instance of the selling of an accounting firm, our fees are paid by the buyer. When the transaction is a merger, both parties pay us an identical amount. We invoice only when the negotiations have ended successfully.
